From Portland (on I-5 South):

• Take I-5 South toward Tigard/Salem (about 6 miles)

• Take Exit 294 toward Tigard/Newberg (about 13 miles)

• Continue through Tigard, through King City,

• When you leave the city of Sherwood, and head down the hill into the trees, you are getting close.

• Pass Bell Rd and Chehalem Rd

• Turn Right on Garland Rd (very small street)

• Take an immediate Right at the stop sign onto Old Pacific Hwy

• Old Pacific Hwy bends to the left (turns into gravel), and becomes Hells Canyon Rd.

• We are less than 1/4 mile off Hwy 99 on the right

• The mailbox says “Boggs” and there is an enormous “Heart2Heart Farms” sign over the driveway

 

 

From Downtown Newberg:

• Head NorthEast on Hwy 99w (toward Sherwood, Tigard, Portland)

• Continue out of town (up the hill past the large Providence Hospital)

• Pass Old Parrot Mountain Rd. (at the top of the hill)

• The very next street on the left is Garland Rd.

• Turn Left on Garland Rd (very small street)

• Take an immediate Right at the stop sign onto Old Pacific Hwy

• Old Pacific Hwy bends to the left (turns into gravel), and becomes Hells Canyon Rd.

• We are less than 1/4 mile off Hwy 99 on the right

• The mailbox says “Boggs” and there is an enormous “Heart2Heart Farms sign over the driveway

 

 

From Oregon City/Clackamas: (on I-205 South)

• Take I-205 South 8 miles (toward Salem)

• Merge onto I-5 North (stay in the right lane)

• Take the FIRST Exit (#289) toward Tualatin/Sherwood

• Turn Left onto Tualatin Sherwood Rd. (4.5 miles)

• Turn Left onto Hwy 99w (4.3 Miles)

• Take Exit 278 (toward Donald, Aurora, Newberg) (6.5 miles)

• At the “T” turn right on Hwy 219/N. River Rd (3 miles)

• Turn Right onto Springbrook Rd. (1 mile)

• Turn Right onto Hwy 99w/Portland Rd. (3 miles)
